Our goal is to make it easy for you to focus on what matters most—your students. From the moment you arrive, our team will help your church navigate the weekend so your leaders can participate alongside your students and invest in what God is doing in their lives.

Guest churches can expect:

• Dedicated Group Check-In: Your church will check in together through a designated guest church entrance and receive your group's credentials and conference materials.
• A Guest Church Host: Your church will be assigned a personal host who will connect with your Youth Pastor, welcome your group, answer questions, check in throughout the weekend, and serve as your primary point of contact.
• Intentional Leader Support: Youth Pastors and Youth Leaders will have access to dedicated spaces and sessions designed specifically to encourage and equip them throughout the weekend.
• A Full Conference Experience: Your students will participate in main sessions, worship, conference experiences, activities, Friday lunch, and plenty of opportunities to connect and have fun together.
• Space to Lead Your Students: Your leaders remain an important part of your students' conference experience. We want you worshiping, participating, praying, and having conversations alongside them throughout the weekend.
• Partnership in Spiritual Follow-Up: When students respond spiritually, our Prayer and Next Steps Teams will support the moment while keeping your leaders involved. Decisions and follow-up information will come back to your church so you can continue walking alongside your students after conference.

Ultimately, we want your church to leave more connected as a group, encouraged as leaders, and equipped to continue what God begins during the weekend.

Guest churches should register through our Group Registration. This allows your youth pastor or group leader to register your church, coordinate students and Youth Leaders, and receive important conference communication for your group.

We encourage students attending with a guest church to register as part of their church's group whenever possible. This helps us keep your students and leaders connected throughout registration, check-in, and conference.

Yes! Additional students and Youth Leaders may be added to your group registration as long as conference registration remains open and space is available.

There is no minimum group size required to attend as a guest church. If you are planning to bring a larger group, we encourage you to register early.

Guest churches should plan to bring at least 1 registered Youth Leader for every 10 students.

Youth Pastors and Youth Leaders remain responsible for the supervision, accountability, and care of the students attending with their church throughout the conference. We encourage leaders to participate alongside their students in sessions, activities, meals, and response moments.

All adults attending with and supervising students must be registered as Youth Leaders and wear the appropriate conference credential throughout the weekend.

Yes. We understand that your church may not be able to attend every day of conference; however, partial-day and single-session attendance are not available.

For the safety and security of all students, attendance is a full-day commitment. If your group attends on a particular day, please plan for your students and leaders to participate in the entire scheduled conference day without arriving late, leaving early, or coming and going.

Conference registrations are non-refundable but transferable. If a registered student or leader can no longer attend, their registration may be transferred to another eligible attendee.
